Caitlin is an optimist that believes that with dedication and hard work, God will guide her through any challenge. Caitlin became an optimist after dealing with many challenges in her life including hearing problems. This challenge didn’t deafest her because she was able to put her skills on the stage. Let's just say she never struggled to be loud on stage. Caitlin was inspired by how her disability created opportunities on stage. Caitlin also pushed herself in school as she pursued her bachelor's degree in Theater and a minor in economics. She loves to challenge herself and finds new ways to excel in her field. 

Outside of theater, Caitlin is very interested in the field of finance. She aspires to create a charity that teaches minorities how to save, invest and have the knowledge they need for setting up retirement. Economics was Caitlin’s favorite class in high school. She realized that not everyone gets to learn this skill. She was inspired to create an environment where minorities can learn in a space that encourages people to keep educating themselves on how the economy functions. 

Caitlin sees her skills as a tool to help improve the world. We each have a part to play in making the world better.  Caitlin uses art and gained knowledge to help create a better world each day.
