Fluent in French and born in Chicago, Thea Simpson (she/her) has had the privilege of working with some of the top jazz and musical theatre professionals from around the world. From Chicago’s Lookingglass Theatre to Berklee College of Music’s satellite programs in Perugia, Italy and Aarau, Switzerland, Thea’s musical range and experience run the gambit. With her insatiable curiosity and passion for performance, Thea brings an energized collaborative spirit to her work. Armed with her knowledge as a dramaturg as well as a performer, Thea brings an alternative insight to her projects, which combined with her creativity and worldly knowledge, fuels the creative works on which she collaborates.
