Emily Dopée

Stage Management

Emily Doppée is a stage manager and designer graduating with her BA in Theatre with a concentration in Design/Technology.

With her strong attention to detail and organization skills, she knew stage management was her passion early on in her theatre career. She is committed to living a life of learning, leadership, and being a mentor for her peers.

At James Madison University, she has been the PSM for several shows including The Games We Play (new work), The Birds by Yvette Nolan, and Big Fish, and has been an ASM for RENT and Sunday in the Park with George. Her other credits include sound designing Circle Mirror Transformation, Directing Trap by Stephen Gregg, and doing social media/publicity for The Trail to Oregon!. With her diverse experience in the backstage arts, she has developed strong communication and collaboration skills and is always looking for new experiences to add to her portfolio.
