Technical Direction, Scenic Design

Myer Kim is an Architectural Designer, Scenic Designer, and Technical Director based in Alexandria, Virginia credited with over 60+ theatrical credits.

With scenic design and technical direction credits in shows such as “The SpongeBob Musical”, “Friend Art”, “The House on Linardi Street”, and many more. Kim will graduate from James Madison University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Architectural Design and Bachelor of Science in Studio Art. Kim’s architectural and theatrical designs have been exhibited and praised by critics and jurors for his unique creation process and design style, which emphasizes the development of sculptural spaces and moments of pause and reflection. Currently, Myer operates and runs his own design studio called “KDA STUDIO” with the sole purpose of radicalizing and breaking preconceived notions of art and design. Myer is currently taking a nice long nap (he doesn’t sleep much).
